We believe that one of the best alternatives to the
“skipping meals” theory is another kind of skipping:
skipping rope – or jumping over hurdles, doing steps…
running and moving in all kinds of ways, having fun, thanks
to the energy and good feeling you can only get from a diet
that is complete, wholesome, varied, and balanced.

In seeking this goal, Alimentae
reconciles the concept of a healthy diet with the pleasure
of eating, the intensifying of flavor and the quality of
food products. In the long term, the best results
are in fact achieved when “diet” does not become synonymous
with doing without, nor with making flavors bland, but on
the contrary with being a stimulus for new discoveries and
tempting flavor combinations.
This commitment will be strengthened through a series of
meetings and seminars aimed at giving a scientific
explanation for the food philosophy underlying the
“village.”
